Return Policy

Here at Soul Source, we are dedicated to providing our customers with world class customer service. If you feel that the vaginal trainers that you purchased are not right for you, we will gladly accept returns for 30 days with no questions asked.

Simply email us at order@soulsource.com or call us at 888-325-5870 within 30 days of when you received your trainer order.  You’ll need to provide us with your name and your order number to initiate the return.  You will be responsible to properly pack the return and pay for the return shipping. US Postal Service Ground Advantage is usually the most economical, but you are free to use the shipping carrier of your choice.  Soul Source will not be responsible for any returns that are damaged or lost in transit. The 30 day return policy is only for vaginal trainers and not for any of the other items that we carry on our website.

Once we receive the return, we will initiate a full refund back to your method of payment.  Our goal is to make sure that you are happy with your shopping experience.

If you think that your trainer may be defective or if feel you may have received the wrong product, or are unhappy for any reason, please contact us to make special arrangements.
